It's sad how much of a good mood I got into when I finished the dex for Kanto.

I know a lot of people probably don't use it, but is anyone having issues with the shop? I got the new iphone X Max this morning and now its saying my purchases won't go through... but when i bought the new Say Anything track in itunes that worked.

 

Kanto dex complete! It's funny because the two I needed I got from eggs from real life (not online) friends.

 

Went out to catch one Mewtwo and caught three (one being a 98%) and hatched a Mr. Mime. I have five eggs in super incubators now. Just need Kangaskhan and Mew then I'm done with first gen. I've been trying to do my field research for months to get Mew - but life is busy.

 

For those of you doing Mewtwo raids. How many people did it take to take him down? Is 5 enough?

 

We had 18 people at all of the ones I went to today. Took him down in about 30 seconds. I'm not sure if 5 will be enough.

 

18?! Where do you find that many people that play?

 

There are raid groups around me that travel in packs of 20 or more. If i can catch their path on a saturday ill buy raid passes and follow them all afternoon lol

I have a gym literally in my back yard that I watch raids expire from because I have no one to raid with.

I think people speculate 7 is a good ballpark, but Mewtwo should be beatable by smaller groups in optimal conditions (Lv40s, good weather, etc)

 

The mewtwo raids around here definitely are upwards of 20, we have a very strong slack group. I didn't go to any yesterday, but i saw the threads of 20+ people showing up

I say one day we all pick a city that is central to where we all live and just go on a chorus pokemon go adventure. Who's with me?!?! (I know it's very unreasonable to think this could ever happen, but it would very awesome if it could)

 

some kind of community day would be the best for this.

 

There's a few raid groups around here. I'm actually not in any of them - but a buddy of mine is and he just tells me where they're at and I show up.

 

Mewtwo is doable with three people with high level supreme counters, otherwise I think 5 or 6 on average should do it, unless everyone is under level 30.
