Slipknot 'Thinking About' Making Knotfest a Tour

I've been saying it for a while, but now would be the perfect time for KnotFest and Self Help to start touring. With no Mayhem and Warped respectively they can easily take over for the markets that want a touring festival.

 

Would love if Self Help becomes an actual tour

 

Didn’t see a thread for the counterparts tour, but just leaving that. Wow, the crowd was BONKERS (except during have mercy). Not super familiar with anyone but Have Mercy, but they played:

Smoke and Lace
When I sleep
Ghost
Begging for Bones
Baby Grand
New song (dressed down)
Hell

 

I’m seeing this tour Saturday, How was the crowdkilling?

STYG aren't on this tour.

 

Pretty wild. Mainly during Varials and Counterparts. Varials was more violent where as counterparts was more straight up chaotic.

I’m a new englander and know that Saturday is at the Palladium upstairs and can almost guarantee that crowdkilling is going to be a huge issue, good luck with that LOL

Stoked for Counterparts and was stoked for HM but wow this is a straight up trash Have Mercy set. I might even skip them now

 

Bada Brew is still around? Damn. I thought I heard that place was closing. I guess those Magic Mike shows they were booking there are paying off for them after all.

 

That place is awful, iv'e been there twice and they filled the whole floor with chairs and tables... for a METAL SHOW

 

CKY fall tour announced

 

A Cults date popped up in Portland for December.
