If they screw it up, Jeanie just needs to fire Mitch and Jim. They have a lot of things other than the draft to work out, too. Not sure they keep Nick Young, Roy is likely gone, need to grab some vets with all that freed up money they now have. Cap space is going to be insane.

I was at the Aaron West concert in lakewood. It made the game a lot easier to digest not actually watching it haha

15 years ago Allen Iverson stepped over Tyronn Lue. Good to see Steve Kerr keeping tradition strong.

  9. Cleveland should really try to see if they can flip Kyrie for CP3 this offseason

Haven't been around in a while. Marathon training is starting to takeover. Real bummer the way this series is going. GSW is just better. Yeah, Cleveland is not playing their best, but a good reason for that is GSW's defense. The open threes Cleveland is getting are not going in, but GSW have really limited those attempts. Cleveland is not helping themselves either by trying to play at a slow pace.

Also, anyone trying to trade Kyrie for aging players needs to stop and re-think what they are suggesting. The Cavs are clearly not a perfect roster, but there is not much they can realistically do this summer due to their cap position. The Cavs will be feeding on the minimum contract market and trying to get guys close to minimums to take less to fill their roster out like Richard Jefferson last summer.

  13. Cleveland has not been trying to play at a slow pace... they've been trying the opposite.

They have been scoring at a ridiculously slow pace though, unfortunately.

The fact that there's been essentially no Channing Frye in either game so far is just mind boggling.

i mean the only reasoning i can think of is that they think of him as a defensive liability against the warriors? but i mean... the last two games it seems like it doesn't matter, haha.

I mean I'm more surprised that Channing Frye was playing well for a bit, having no impact is expected

  18. If Kev misses time they should start Frye to match him up with Bogut.

Love was obviously injured, but in the time before he left the game he attempted more three pointers than he had rebounds. If that's what you're doing with Kevin Love, I'd be happy to suggest several potential replacements that will cost you significantly less than $20m/year. I'm sure James Jones would be happy to suggest one, too.

Steph's taken himself out of consideration for the Olympics. It obviously makes sense given the injuries he's had in the playoffs, but it's still a bummer. That would have been fun.

As much as I'd love to play in the Olympics, I wouldn't ever do it while I was in my prime after seeing what happened to Paul George. Hell, I don't know if I'd want to play in an All-Star game if that happened to me.

  22. Back to back finals plus the olympics is a lot of basketball even without the injuries.

Not a fan of the black, but I guess going full tie dye is asking for too much
