That was the year they played right after Primus, right? The area would have been fine if it weren't for those stupid carnival rides.

2014 really was hell. Those east stages were nothing but mud after the first day. The carnival rides really made it hard to get in and out of there.

West stages were fine but the layout still sucked over there, too.

And don't get me started on that fifth stage you had to walk around the lagoon to get to. At least it had a nice hill to rest on.

It was the same way in Denver when they played too. Glad they did something to make up for Blink, but I'm not necessarily amped to see weezer again.

    Whatever. Forever.

Okay if Sunday gets one of those acts, I'll be very excited. Love all 3 of those groups.

Right before! and it was super packed from that crowd too.

Horrible year. First you had to walk half a mile into the fest before you even got to the first east stage. There was always a crowd of people around the first west stage which turned a 3 minute walk into 10 minutes.

hahaha I never made it to the 5th stage. Too far for me and nothing really interested me

I always entered through the north entrance just to avoid walking around the park from Division to get to the north end. That was seriously the worst layout I've ever dealt with.

I’m still iffy on if the lineup is worth it, but would totally be down to hit up an aftershow or two. Who do we think will get an aftershow? Any band on the lineup you think.

Speaking of that year....were you at Jane's Addiction? That may have been the worst set I've ever seen at Riot Fest...and I'm a big JA fan

Memories are nice, but that's all they are. Prestigious

Weezer/RTJ is so much better than blink, hell of a trade off. Gonna wait for daily lineups tomorrow to see if I’m heading down

TBS, Trio, RTJ are my hopes for after shows. We'll see.

It was so bad...Perry was drunk off his ass and kept talking about Lolla, wasn't worth it during that rain storm.

How bored will I be at this Weezer set if I haven't really listened to anything since the Red album?

The rain made it so much worse too with the mud and shit.

I wore my Doc Martens that entire weekend. I was exhausted by the end of the weekend.

I didn't think it was that bad. The rain did not make things easy though. It was awesome though that Riot got Jane's the year Lollapalooza gave us potentially their worst headlining crop ever. Riot in turn gave us Lolla's #1 from the previous year plus the founding fathers haha.

And I was rail for Cheap Trick and that's #2 on my "I think I may get trampled" list due to the Weezer campers. Only one that beats it was Naked & Famous > Calvin Harris at Coachella 2014.

I wore my Docs last year and my feet were dead every day. Still wearing them this year, though.

It gets exhausting to drag them the entire day but at least my feet were somewhat comfortable.

They mostly play stuff off blue album along with about 2 songs off of every other album and a few covers you should be fine

Announcing an actual Bauhaus reunion now would be terrible for business. That should've been revealed months ago if it was happening.

I should've also mentioned I saw Jane's in Milwaukee a few years before and they put on the best show....so it was a downgrade from that.

Cheap Trick was awesome! I wish they'd come back haha
