Beats 1 Interview with Zane Lowe and Tyler tomorrow morning (9am PDT). It will be pretty much the first time Tyler has spoken publicly since the hiatus (vague tweets aside).

I’m not opposed to a new track but it does seem awfully soon. My guess is there is only 1 more official release before the album, but they’ll probably release one additional one the week of October 5th

Honestly I’m suspicious of these clips that have no vocals in them. But if they’re real, bring on more music

 

many people, including me are getting September 7th as a release date for something, maybe the whole album?

 

It still shows October 5 on my iTunes, but maybe that’ll change soon. I wouldn’t be shocked.

 

Promo image for the Zane Lowe interview tomorrow. Would be stoked if they announced Friday as the release for this thing.

Didn’t get to listen past them playing “Heathens.” Any notable news after that?

 

They talked about the nature and significance of the last track on Trench and touched on the final line of the song. Some stuff about mental health and the band advocating for it, and a really sweet anecdote about Tyler's wife as well as his grandfather (from the vessel cover) who recently passed away.
