Super extensive work. Where did you find the Sunday date for Alk3?

 

I didn't really find it - just from deduction. Blink's 100% playing Friday, and they have a show in Columbus on Saturday. I'm assuming that it'd be a lot for Matt to play two big sets in one day, so my guess is they'll play in Chicago Friday, play Columbus on Saturday, then swing back to Riot so Matt can play in Alkaline Trio. It also makes sense since Blink is playing Grand Rapids on the Monday after. It's mostly an educated guess, but seems likely, haha.

 

I see! I guessed they were playing Sunday as well seeing as Alkaline would likely be an 8 pm band. And Blink is a closer for sure. It would be easier for Matt to just fly or drive back for a set than two back to back sets.

 

Matt, Mark, and Travis all travel separately, so they'll go on to wherever without him and then he can meet back up once he's done with Trio.

 

makes sense, though not gonna lie, would love to see Matt "marathon man" Skiba! an hour with trio and 90 mins with Blink... Metallica, springsteen, and rolling stones play that long every night! lol

 

At this point BMTH really is my best guess for the third headliner. Doesn’t mean I think it’ll be them, but if I had to place a bet didn’t on someone, that’s the best I got. And I’m honestly hoping for it.

And every band who has played Wrigley Field in the last 4 years (one year for each base).

Total Chaos will still play. I live in STL and when the exploited/TC show got canceled, the venue created a new event for the same day (the 17th) for a TC headlining show.

In all seriousness, I'm hoping for Lifetime and Beach Rats to be added (even if just for an aftershow in the case of Beach Rats). Lifetime has a handful of shows in October now, and 3/4 of Beach Rats will be at the festival anyway...

 

I don't know if it was sarcasm or not but anyway, Steve Aoki was just announced for the Aragon for November so count him out.
