Looking at that Takeover: Brooklyn card, it really is clear how bad the main roster is with NXT people. Half of them are jobbers (Breeze, Apollo, Aiden, Tye), 3 are comically directionless (Sasha, Finn, Bayley), only two are in meaningful matches (Joe, KO), and the only champion of the bunch was a manager then (Alexa)

 

I hope James Ellsworth shows up again in Asuka's clothes and it confuses Charlotte and Becky for 10 minutes and Carmella retains
