Like I get it, they don't want us to level like crazy, but maybe they should have thought of that before putting the absurd system in place?

 

I spun like, 40 stops tonight and couldn't get that damn challenge for Spinda!

 

I got up early specifically in hopes of hitting tons of stops before work this morning lol

 

The wording for Spinda is important cause I wasn’t paying attention. Silph Road had it as “Land 3 curveballs in a row” and the actual phrasing is “make 3 curveballs in a row”

 

There’s a Spinda quest at one of the stops I hit on my way home after work. I’m so happy.

Also thanks for the 200k both of you. I’ve almost done a million past 40 already and I can’t believe it.

How many unique patterns are there?

 

8 in Pokemon Go, hundreds of thousands in the main series.

 

I always loved that about the main line games. I caught a shiny which is basically one of a kind.

 

Got an EX Raid Pass and it's actually in the city I live this time yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssssssssss

(Fun fact: my first and only raid at this location was two days ago)

I’ve probably spun 50 unique stops today and haven’t found the task for Spinda yet.

 

Dammit a guy on our group posted that there was an Unown near but it was gone when I got there

Haha no worries, it was my first time becoming ultra friends with anyone so I was a little confused. Still 50k XP though!

 

Somebody posted about a Dragonite spawn nearby and I got there within five minutes of the message and it had already despawned. Feels bad man. Would have felt worse if it was an Unown though, I feel your pain.

 

I have EX raid passes tomorrow and next Friday!

 

It’s pretty much a chore at this point to try and clear up some space in my Pokémon storage. If they raise the cap to 2000 I know I’ll still feel that way though honestly.

- can’t transfer high CP, low IV mon.. could potentially trade and get rerolled IV’s
- can’t trade shinies (rare)
- can’t transfer anything over 2000CP (personal rule)
- can’t transfer anything from ‘16 or ‘17.. could become lucky
- can’t transfer event Pokémon (rare)
- can’t transfer too many trash Pokémon (can’t do a mass evolve)
- can’t transfer anything with legacy moves (rare)
- can’t transfer legendaries (rare.. and waiting for a double candy transfer event)

And I could go on. It’s tedious and time-consuming, but I don’t really know what the fix would be.. other than me being more careless.

 

that really comes down to personal preference, my pokemon storage is capped at 450 and i'm fine...
