@sophos34 you are a good person and you deserve happiness. I haven’t struggled with addiction myself but both of my parents and my brother have. My father in law too. It’s been a part of my life since I was young. It sucks and it’s never easy but I know that having a support network can mean a lot and hopefully you know that you have one here

Don't post in here often, but gonna chime in and let @sophos34 know he's great. Jake, I admire your musical talent, your sense of humor and capacity for growth and self-reflection. You've got strength and courage in spades.

 

From what I understand, Trump's lawyers are the ones leaking all of this stuff. I don't think they would make it up, they would just leak it on their own. It's essentially a way to get bits of the incriminating evidence in the news on their terms to control the narrative. You get this smaller trickle of info being leaked over a longer period of time to Trump's base/the public. That way it doesn't all come out as one bombshell type thing. And then on top of that you can have Trump go to rallies and be like ohh yeah fake news everybody! I can't believe Cohen would do such a thing! Bad! Don't believe anything you see or hear, unless it's on Fox News!! Quite sad, really.

A podcast I just started listening to called 'Mueller, She Wrote' actually nicknamed Giuliani's latest rounds the 'lube the truth tour' which is a pretty hilarious way of putting it (this entire thing is exhausting and frustrating, but sometimes you can't help but chuckle). The way they digest all the news from the past week on that podcast really goes to show how insane this entire thing is. So much information to comb through on a daily basis.

This is probably the least surprising thing I've heard in a while. Its a station I used to listen to with my grandma. Mostly played 60's and 70's pop songs but switched over to local conservative radio. Every now and again I flip it on and hear a bunch of racists complaining about shit going down in NJ.

 

Sorry, this is now the theme of my day...
