I've been on an "improvement plan" for a few weeks and it's been going fine, until last week when I got back from vacation he went and changed the weeks before to be negative because I missed an average of 3 test cases per for 4 days. I made for that the next day with a shit load of test cases but I think they are just trying to get rid of people. If it happens it's going to be devastating.

yeah i mean if you're doing the work/making up for lost time and not getting constantly written up you should be alright. might not be anything more than some motivational bs so try not to stress about it too much.
