I said most iconic shiny, not best Pokemon. We all know Magikarp is a crappy Pokemon (Gyarados is great though and Red Gyarados is beautiful)

 

If Magikarp is so bad, how come this guy is sweeping really good teams with him? HMMMMM

When I got back from a festival on Sunday I saw tons of cool pokemon about for an hour or two, and now all I'm seeing is the same rats, Whimurs, Weedles, etc.

 

I have a shiny magikarp card that is my pride and joy.

 

I would say my first born would be my pride and joy, but I traded him for a shiny Charmander.

 

Yeah, there was an event that was still going on at that time, which has since ended.

 

I'm pumped that I have a red Gyarados, but I'm a little bummed that I never got a single shiny Charmander because that's one I actively went out looking for.

 

I refuse to evolve my Charmander until I have enough candies to make sure I could evolve to two Charizards in the off chance I find a shiny. Same with Dratini.

 

oh hell yes, Unown spawning at Comic con all weekend, and I will be there tomorrow through Monday.

Serious question. Would it be “cheating” if I had my buddy log into my account and catch me some Unowns since him and my daughter are going to be at comic con? (Weird situation where my best friend is also my ex brother in law, so he’s my daughters uncle, just to let you guys know why my daughter is randomly in San Diego with one of my friends and not me lol)

 

I say go for it, it’s just a game at the end of the day.

 

It’s technically against the TOS but if you logged out in advance and had them log in as they travel and the don’t log back in until well after they’re back to you it’s probably ok. I think they can track which devices you log in on so it could be suspicious but there’s probably not a real way to prove you didn’t go yourself to their systems.

 

I’ll probanly have my daughter login on her phone since it’s my old phone I used to play on all the time

 

That’s a good idea. Old device could just be something you took a trip with, probably way less likely to set off any red flags. Congrats on the Unowns. Lol.

Pichu with any hat is one of the best trading commodities. If you’ve got a ton that’s super lucky!

 

Walked my Togepi about 60km to get to 50 Candy and just finished a few days ago. Togetic shows up on my nearby yesterday But at least I was able to Pinap it and get a bunch of extra candies towards Togekiss.

 

I don't really know anyone to trade with, but I'll keep that in mind.

 

Heard that. I've had that happen many times. I'm on about 40km with my Togepi and I'm still 18 candies away...I just know right as I finally hit 50, there's going to be some sort of Togepi event.

 

Mewtwo for my family today! And hopefully a caught Regirock or two. Aaaaand I should pass 3 million as well, so I'm getting closer and closer to 40.

 

My brother had Squirtle as a buddy for like a year and got enough candies for Blastoise right before the Squirtle Community Day lol
