Hopefully you don't get a theater full of idiots laughing like I did, although you can probably kick them out.

Also was a 3 or 4 year old in there. Really bothered me.

Apparently my app was glitching and Hereditary isn’t at this theater anymore so we’re watching The Purge instead. This is like expecting In n Out and being served Arby’s.

 

I haven't seen any purge movies. I've eaten at Arby's and in n out though.

 

My mom's swamp cooler barely works.

Sigh. Just got my first speeding ticket ever on my drive to San Diego. Homie. It’s 3am. Of COURSE IM FUCKING SPEEDING THERE IS NO ONE ON THE FREEWAY LET ME LIVE!!! FUCK!!!

What’s funny is I had my registration in my backpack in my trunk and before leaving I had the thought, “I should probably move that paperwork up front cause if I get pulled over for some reason reaching into a bag in my trunk is gonna get this doggo shot” but then I was like “nahhhh it’s 2am I ain’t getting pulled over.”

 

The Purge movies aren’t really meant to be horror. They’re more horror/political satire. They’re dumb but fun for a popcorn flick

Definitley the former. Unless ya know, you have some weird thing where you should probably be getting help and are the next Dahmer in the making.

 

I guess I just don’t like when peope use “boring” as a reason why people don’t like music. Like when people say classical music is “boring” or something like the national is “boring”... like It just feels like a lazy way to describe why you don’t like a piece of music.

It’s a legitimate description. It’s no more lazy than if someone said something was simply “good.” You just don’t like it cause it doesn’t align with your viewpoint. But it’s not lazy if someone took the time to listen or watch something and thought, “damn, this is boring.”

Edit: If someone finds classical music boring, then it’s boring. I certainly don’t think it is, but if someone thinks it is then so be it

Edit 2: it might be lazy if we were writing reviews for people to read. But we’re not.
