Idk what Flowers was pissed about. German was in his motion when he tried to call time

I'd give it to Machado, but I've read some articles where they debated who else should go at SS in the AL. Lindor should be #2 and then maybe get into a debate about Simmons/Segura/Correa. (I don't think Gregorious should make it.)

Aguilar working out this way for Milwaukee is a good story. He got plenty of run in Columbus and Cleveland and never came close to showing to be this type of player. Wish he was doing it for us, but I'm happy for him. I remember watching him play in the all star futures game several years ago. Crazy he is already 28 years old.

What are Lindor's defensive numbers? Machado was a negative-DRS as SS last I looked

Martinez is just comical at this point

I'm sure there is a case for Machado to be one, but just looking at the base level offensive stats and WAR and it's hard to not think Lindor should be one, or at the very least in the consideration.

I haven't looked, but I would wager they are better compared to Machado. But I'm guessing most people don't really take defense into account for all star voting.

Yeah. I just meant he was the only one I could maybe consider, but his all-around game has not been as good as Lindor.

Yeah. Machado's almost the worst (ranked 14th) in the AL at -20. Lindor is at 9, just one behind Simmons' lead at 10. After that, it drops down to a couple 2-4 guys (Segura and Correa are in there) and a lot of negatives.

Oh I know lol. I'd give Lindor the nod as far as deserving. Plus Jacobs Field must be a tougher home park than Camden Yards

Holy shit. I think he was -6 after April maybe. I don't understand why he wants to be a SS so bad going into free agency. He's so good at 3b defensively.

In the AL, he's even more afraid of trying to overcome Jose.

Out here at the dodgers/ pirates game for BP and pirates reliever Kyle Crick (former Giant) gave my son a ball! What a dude. It’s his first and hopefully not his last!

For some reason A.J. Cole is behind Shreve on the depth chart. All he does is do a good job despite always having 2 or 3 weeks between appearances lol

I have no idea about this aspect. I could definitely see the outfields being a little different, given their respective layouts, but Cleveland and Baltimore have fairly comparable weather, so not sure if there is a big difference for the infielders.

  17. Walker continues to drive me insane. Got no one but him? No one?

I mean there's only 2 mil left on him. Just eat it Cashman. He's virtually useless. And should never be above Drury depth wise from here on out so what's the point.

  19. I agree. Hell, I'd try Fraizer in the in-field at this point.

Steve Lyons is the worst and it’s funny how apparent it is that’s Eck doesn’t like him.

These caps the Braves have on look ridiculous. Could they not have just stuck with a navy one with the stars and stripes?

Tribe’s just taking the lead on grand slams now.

Edit: 8 grand slams on the year

Thank you Guyer in the bottom of the fifth for saving a run and then getting on first and hustling to second in the sixth to allow for that grand slam.
