That one dude that came in and was like "umm do u accept opposing political views" and i replied and they never came in to elaborate. well. anyhow. that same day i built up a list of links re: right-wing exaggeration and fear mongering, so. here's some stuff. take your time reading and watching these.

the real "political correctness" is how people are afraid to learn shit and deconstruct things they've always known, and this is a problem on the left too, just for different reasons than you would probably think. and the other "political correctness" is politicians not being able to directly challenge the current system of american capitalism.
