That's cheese? That's not cheese. That's the band playing the song and being featured in the video.

Honestly Island was the first video in a long time that I felt they'd nailed, it just felt natural seeing the band jam together. He's on the subway because he's sick of taking the subway, its what the song is about.

The only other video I sincerely enjoyed of theirs was Here We Are Juggernaut. The Afterman video was beautiful but pointless. Most of their other videos have made me cringe, although Blood Red Summer was kinda fun

At this point I find it weird that there’s still no vinyl option

I've been looking for that Island video, no idea why they just wiped it off the face of the earth lol

An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

yeah what the hell is going on with this pre-order rollout? I'm not the only one finding it incredibly shoddy, right?

you might be, Afterman and TCBTS rollouts worked the same way. Box set has always been the first thing available and vinyl not until closer to the release date

“Please don’t leave me here, my love.” I’m all in on this song.

For sure, but there's a few other things to complain about. I mean it took like 30 minutes of digging to even find the press release from Roadrunner that said there would be standard preorders coming on the 29th... which is essential information for us poor people considering the boxset. Put the date for standard bundles in bold letters in huge font on the boxset page, ffs.

And now we're at the 29th and the standard is... just a CD package from Amazon? Roadrunner couldn't even do a dedicated Coheed page with like, the CD and some t-shirts the way literally every other band does these days? Pretty shoddy for a major label if you ask me

I've seen Coheed twice: the SSTB 10-year tour and then the Afterman tour with BTBAMand Russian Circles

    Russian Circles was the best
