  1. I’d like to see Love on the Suns, Blazers or hell even the Hornets

Report: Cleveland Cavs are really dumb. Have no plan if Lebron leaves.

  4. Think he said a two year deal last night on ESPN.

And said CP3 was a lock to return to Houston

Probably bc LeBrons not leaving, eventhough he should. Dan Gilbert probably going to offer LeBron a cut of ownership in order to stay. Wouldn’t be surprised lol.

Slowly but surely, I do notice more stuff on tv about LeBron building his own team in LA with PG/Kawhi, but with the Clippers. That is still interesting to me.

Everyone laughs at it, but it’s LA, Jerry West, a franchise that has the foundation to build and needs a championship, and LeBron would be the franchise savior if they win.

After all this, there will probably be no major moves and GSW will get DJ haha

  8. I’d like to see Pels bring back Tyreke Evans

This is the most naive thing that's been posted in this thread. A billionaire giving up power to appease a man he resents, and would do anything to have more control over for less money. Any thought process involving Dan Gilbert wanting the best for Lebron is pure fantasy.

Clippers have basically no one on the books next year. Lebron and PG both stay and sign 1+1’s, opting out next summer and joining Kawhi to get one for the logo.

  12. Should have quite a few deals done shortly after midnight.

    CP3, Cousins, maybe Deandre Jordan

Gilbert might not agree with LeBron, but LeBron leaving would hurt the team's value, attendance, merchandise sales, etc. Gilbert can be a bit controlling, but offering LeBron ownership later on isn't really out of the cards. (Granted, it would be a handshake.) Keeping LeBron happy enough to come back is incredibly valuable to Gilbert.

People need to stop going back to the Decision/Comic Sans letter to judge something. They both learned and grew from the 2010 incident and, maybe they're not best friends, but they're not against each other.

The Q is also undergoing major renovations, like completely overhauling the interior. It’d be in Dan Gilbert’s best interest to fill those seats. The reports of him not wanting LeBron are absurd (and of course came from Stephen A Smith a day after his KD text rumor was proved false).

I don’t think there is any chance Gilbert offers Lebron an ownership interest.

That is not how white billionaires behave.

And even if he thought of offering it (which I don’t think he ever would) the other white billionaires wouldn’t stand for the precedent being set.

Gilbert can’t even offer it now anyways. You can’t own and play at the same time. Their only opportunity is LeBron “acquiring” shares of Quicken Loans, but I’m sure he wouldn’t go that route.

Either way, LeBron has expressed interest in owning the Cavs someday, so it still wouldn’t be unreasonable to see him even get a share of ownership when he is done.

    this is fan fiction content

They're going to hug and cry in each other's arms talking about how much they've grown. Gilbert's heart is going to grow ten sizes bigger, he's going to abolish predatory loans, and then give away all his money to charity, leaving Lebron with full ownership and also they saved the orphanage.

Hell yeah. Loved seeing him and AD asking work TBH. Two very fun basketball players

  22. Just realized the Hawks got Cleveland’s first rounder and Dallas’ first rounder, in addition to their own, next season. Plus add in whatever they get if they wind up trading Schroder.
