I think drew did a nice job of explaining what the album sounds like while hyping it. I definitely exaggerate on first listens like he does but that’s part of the fun isn’t it?

Harmlessness is great and their best, but I'll take Goodness and Home over it easily any day

Foxing is so different to them both, I don't know if I ever thought about how they compare for me

Harmlessness is definitely the most overrated record in this scene imo

I also do agree with Casey’s hot take about both Foxing albums though :(

I did see them last month and they were absolutely stunning though. Really looking forward to this album as I feel like it will be the first album by them that could grasp me start to finish

i made the thread, i love this band, they've put out some very incredible music and i've seen them live half a dozen times. i have all their records, i've supported them since they were under 1000 fans on facebook?

i just don't think the albums are perfect. i talk about how good this band is more often than you do

 

Dealer 4.5/5 albatross 4/5 to me. Both solid albums.

Dealer is the perfect album to put on around midnight with a glass of whiskey and just get the hell out of your own head with.

 

I don't really like The Albatross at all. Dealer was a huge step up
