It took them 15 years to play their first (full band) show in Nebraska, and only 5 minutes from where I lived at that. Still worth travelling to see them every time. Made each show more memorable, too.

I'll soon be adding Red Rocks to the list, which blows my mind. I never thought I'd see the day where Brand New played--let alone headlined--a show there.

Haha, when you live in the midwest it's hard to turn down any opportunity you get to see them.
That October 2014 tour was something special. They played their most eclectic sets in years during that run. I only wish they had kept Logan in the setlists for the whole thing.

Man. We should have met up years ago haha. You were at all their shows I've been to except:

07/29/2008 - The Jackpot - Lawrence, KS - Jesse solo
10/07/2009 - Uptown Theater - Kansas City, MO
    04/08/2015 - Filmore Auditorium - Denver, CO

I was at The Granada, The Beaumont, The Uptown, The Pageant, and The Midland.

I was supposed to go to a few others on your list but the plans fell through on the Jesse solo show in Omaha, and the last Iowa and Omaha shows.

I'll be at Red Rocks too and that's exactly how I feel. I'm going super early to explore the area since I've never been.
and after many failed attempts this is my first time seeing Modest Mouse too so I'm very excited to say the least.

I'll also be at the KC date following the Red Rocks show

During the second song, there was something messed up with the way the sound was mixed in the venue, so when You Won't Know kicked into full gear, I went deaf for the next couple songs. Like, legitimately couldn't hear anything and only felt vibrations until a little after they fixed whatever was wrong.

Love The Fillmore though. Probably my favorite venue I've ever been to.

I've been to all of their Lawrence and KC shows dating back to 06 but have seen them at lolla, Austin, and Iowa, and STL a few times.

I was actually outside waiting for my dad to pick me up and heard like 3 songs into Brand New, and thought something sounded really off with the second song. Thought maybe it was just the fact I was across the street at that diner, but I guess not. haha I love the Fillmore. I live in the University Area of Charlotte and it is by far the best venue in the area. Always excited when bands choose that over Amos for the venue on tours.

I was not a fan of Redhat in Raleigh. That crowd was the worst. Night and day difference between shows.

Closest I've been to Raleigh is Cat's Cradle in Carrboro and they were cool. I'm going up to Atlanta in a month for a show (not Brand New) and am not entirely sure what to expect out of my own state. Good luck on that Tampa drive, by the way!

I live in Florida now, so it's not too bad of a drive.

Never really been to any concerts in Florida, though I grew up here. The affordability of seeing bands live was always a pipe dream.

Ah, that's cool then. I'd go to more concerts if I could afford them for sure, though I'm sure I'll never see Brand New because of how fast the tickets sell out. haha

What! Blood on the Sand is a great song, one of the best on TBETBN, IMO. Now Wake Up, woof, the chorus is so cock rock I can't stand it.
