@Dirty Sanchez in order to avoid carbs do you do a lot of meal prep and not eat out and stuff or do you have certain go to meals when you go out or what? ya boi is trying to lose like ~30 pounds. that's probably excessive so I'd be down with losing like 15

 

No eating out, only buying food that’s low carb haha. If I do eat out, it’s a salad.
