All Time Low wears blink heavily on their sleeve, even if their sound is more contemporary pop punk-ish it's still super clear. they also really embraced the blink stage persona/pervy manchild thing.

 

Right. But their actual music is nothing alike. That’s what I meant. It makes me sad that Mark thinks that all of his bands songs sound like ATL. I just don’t hear it at allllll.

 

I’m pretty sure Mark is joking but there’s definitely similarities. I think it even goes both ways. California sounds like Future Hearts meets TOYPAJ imo.

 

Their early stuff sounds like the Blink-182 cover band they were. hah.

Serious question though - has there ever been a blink-182 show without Mark? All of the other members have had replacements at one point or another. Even with the modern incarnation, Travis was replaced with Brooks when he wouldn't fly to Australia (?).

 

I can’t think of any examples of events without Mark. Pretty sure you are correct.

 

Sounds like next weekend (June 23 and 24) is also canceled now per Travis’ Instagram story. No shows until July 1 at the earliest.

 

And this right here is why they will always be blink-182 as long as Mark is around.
