So basically they want me to do some more work in what our director considers the most important section. They basically admitted that i'm the best fit and that there are several other admins that don't have much to offer but they also can't fire them. They offered me no pay raise, but said they'd try to get me my own office and i'll be allowed to work overtime during hurricane season.
