I remember when Fuse premiered the We've Had Enough video, that was the first time I ever heard them. The video had me so intrigued that it was love at first sight.

    No Fun. Not Ever.

I remember Crimson coming out the summer after I graduated high school. I stayed with my gf at the time and her family in Northern Michigan for the summer with no internet connection. That album was my jam that entire summer.

anyone have the Kill Pop DVD/CD growing up? that thing introduced me to an insane amount of formative music. off the top of my head:

    Time to Waste
    Voices (by Saosin)
    Writing on the Walls (Underoath)
When Your Heart Stops Beating (+44, though I'd already heard No It Isn't of course)
    Image of the Invisible (Thrice)

    what a comp

Dallas and Austin. Still holding out hope for a RF after show as well. No one is going to kill my dream of a +44 co-headlining show but Riot Fest when it definitely does not happen, lol.

Grabbed mine for Royal Oak. Paying back my roommate for not inviting him to a show of theirs years ago.

man I love this band so much. what's amazing is that they're all insanely talented in different ways which show up through their solo work, yet somehow manage to even out all their influences when making an album as a trio. it's wonderful.

if anyone's reading this who hasn't dived in, Derek Grant's solo stuff is all on bandcamp and it's really underrated. he's easily the best singer of the three despite not having the lyrics quite as locked down, and the Cure/new wave influences he has are super awesome. all three songs on his side of the Dan Cribb split are wonderful
