That setlist at the Pontiac is so much better than the Vancouver date I went to, they cut so much from the set that day :(

I doubt they will. It was completely unplanned.

Powerful piece. Really enjoyed reading it. Can relate. Last night my wife and I saw them for the 10th time. Things have changed tons since that first time.

 

last night was ridiculous. it's been exactly 7 years since i've seen them and that was just a warped tour set. but last night was just astronomical. the sister cities songs sound absolutely fucking massive live. the crowd singing along to pyramids of salt right off the bat triggered an insane emotional reaction in me that never stopped throughout the set, even during songs from the albums im not as into. it was a treat to get came out swinging and don't let me cave in. a little peeved they stopped there, there (my favorite song on TGG) out of nowhere to play washington square park, but the hometown crowd got what they wanted. anyway the highlights for me were easily pyramids of salt, sister cities, and raining in kyoto. absolutely massive night. dan seemed so so so so happy and grateful they were able to play to such a huge crowd two nights in a row in philly, and you could tell he's really proud of sister cities and beyond appreciative that we all knew all the words already. i started crying when he was talking about how proud of sister cities they are because they really truly deserve it, this album is a hallmark for the genre and will go down as their best by a long shot.

 

Don’t let me cave in was the first twy song I ever heard, so that was a really nice surprise. Am disappointed we didn’t get I got scared and I’m sorry tho

 

They really were amazing on this tour. IDLWIWT sounded huge after I questioned why they were playing it at all, but now I see why. All the Sister Cities songs sounded amazing, but I thought the title track in particular was incredible. I rarely see a band play new songs that get people going like that.

 

Can’t wait to fight nick tonight

 

Yeah IDLWIWT should be a staple it's such a good live song (I also think it's great in general though)
