I was stopped at a red light and granted I’m the third car in my lane and this guy next to me was the first but he purposely stopped next to me. I was looking at my phone at the light and I feel like this glaring presence so I look over. And I immediately become uncomfortable so I look away quickly and I here “hey! Hey!” Yelling at me. Again, I ignore him. So the light turns green and I start going and pretty immediately notice he is pacing next to me. So to test my theory I start going really fast, he too speeds up. I then slow down, he too slows down. He does this for like 3 miles! I ignore him but clearly I am trying to escape being next to him. It started to worry me. We are driving and the way he was acting and being so persistent I started thinking like oh what if he purposely goes into my lane or something or does something crazy in order for me to stop. So gets to a point where I need to get all the way over to the right. Typically I will slow down or speed up so I can change lanes of course. But I couldn’t cause everytime I did either he was right fucking there.
So I got so mad (there was no one behind me for a long mile) I nearly came to a dead stop. Put my blinker on and crossed over the lanes. He continues to go straight but when I crossed over the lanes I saw him in the side mirror and he was still creepily staring.

Like I don’t know what one would accomplish doing this and the lengths and extreme he was going to became very worrisome to me. The persistence was so crazy to me. At least being my vehicle acted as a barrier in some way but imagine if I was on foot?! Lord Jesus


Short version: a guy followed me for several miles in my car to get my attention and it was unsafe and extremely creepy.

 

Damn. That's fucked up. Sorry you had to deal with that... I had a weird experience recently, I def didn't post about it, haven't really talked about it.

My friend and I went to my friends party and it was a college aged party and the host invited this older dude that was in his German class and he was been really creep to my friend I went with and I had no idea wtf to do. Like, he left for a second and we go outside and start talking and these other girls are saying he was being weird or w/e and then he comes outside, and we (meaning like 10 dudes) all get him to leave after like telling him to go for a solid 10-15. We really didn't want to get the cops involved, it was also like 2am at this point. Like...this other girl was crying because he had made her so upset... I told my friend (host) he was being creepy to my friend that I came with and he was like "fuck em kick em out" but like...idk If I really like can do that all by myself? So I didn't. This was earlier in the night. I just tried to get my friend away. Like I feel bad I didn't take initiative to throw him out earlier. Ruined my friends night, and I had a good time otherwise and it sucks that she didn't get to have the good time I had.
