wish I could be super in shape without having to work for it

 

i'm less fat and that makes me happy. down almost 50 pounds from Feb. ditching weed and booze helps haha.

Same. It's a dream of mine to just be totally jacked but every semester when school hits I lose all motivation to go to the gym and eat like shit and all my progress is lost.

 

This past week though I've been on somewhat of a juice cleanse cause I just need to reset and I also signed up for a different gym than the one I had previously but it's not even open for like another 30 days lol

my bmi is good but Im flabby. no muscles. need to hit the gym desperately.
