This new track from Francis and the Lights was literally recorded in Justin Vernon's living room so

 

the chances of me listening to a francis and the lights song are pretty low, because 1) i dont really like the way he sounds on summer friends that much to begin with and 2) i dont want to give chris the opportunity to gloat

I'm pretty sure he still has money from his deal, but my guess is he doesn't live too extravagantly and has endorsements/ads/etc helping. I know he's still really close with Badu and she's kinda in the same boat (not as much though) with not releasing often
