the lineup this year is one of the best festival lineups i've ever seen

 

I am so pressed I'm not going. If I was working rn I'd try to swing at least one of the days but alas.

 

I would probably go to festivals often if I could ride around in an all-terrain office chair for them or something

 

I’ve gotten way worse at standing in one place or standing for long periods of time and that probably means I’m dying at a slow pace but faster than I would be otherwise

 

I haven't heard those yet! Or Clouds. Or Ladies of the Canyon. I have work to do.

I don't like festivals, concerts or live shows in general. I don't care to stand next to sweaty strangers listening to songs that would sound better at my home while I do what I want in peace.

a lot of people seem to love this band as an instrumental unit but whenever I listen to them I can't help but think that they would probably be my favorite band if they had a good singer

 

If Vasu ever added a singer, I'd be so sad. There are sooooooo many bands I wish would drop their vocalist and carry on as instrumental acts.

I swear by it. It's not even like they have a ton of noodly shit going on where there's no room for vocals. The songs are plenty expressive on their own but the song forms are pretty conventional and you could slide a singer right in there

 

It definitely sounds like the vocals were removed from a good song.

i like tilian but tides of man are so much better without a singer. and dgd is pretty good with tilian so it all worked out.
