Lol I'm not prepared for the critical meltdown in the FB group if Dan said he's gonna be in SoCal and is hanging with Matt, and they're hanging out while Matt is writing blink songs

Matt's in a band where he writes zero lyrics or guitars lol

People venting on FB. They don't like Cali + they like Skiba = Feldmann did everything they hate.

 

I read this as "he writes zero lyrics on guitars" and I was like "well yeah?"

Travis steps in for Derek on drums because Derek is busy, new album “with matt and Travis from blink 182” drops, blink fans get pissed that they replaced Mark.



.....until they hear the sweet crooning and excellent song writing by Dan.

 

I just want a fucking Alkaline Trio album

 

Matt not being there is a good sign for Trio

 

How crazy would it be if Matt got canned and Feldmann actually joins the band? Lol. It'll be really interesting to see how this plays out though. With both bands seemingly writing/recording at the same time, I'm really not understanding how timelines are going to work?

 

They’re forming a super group and recording together

 

Just cause blink is writing doesn’t mean they’re recording an album yet. Probably just demoing stuff out.

 

They still can just do one single or short EP for spring/summer...maybe?

 

But it definitely feels good getting excited for Alkaline and Blink at the same time! I like this hahah

Don’t know if this was discussed already but it’s Feldy’s studio for sure. This is an older pic, but it’s the same drum room. I’m cool with him producing.
