New England needs linebackers and guys who can rush the passer. Carter is both. Can be a linebacker in base sets and a pass rusher in sub packages.

Beefed up the DL in the first round and now Washington takes BPA to address the OL. Hernandez is a strong af dude and has looked great during the draft buildup. He could be a day one starter and a big improvement for Washington.
