In my experience as a Cowboys fan, you can't really win in any way on the internet.

 

Jason Peters isn't human. Before he got hurt he was playing top notch football. People weren't convinced he could before he got hurt.

Ngakoue's an athletic freak though. His speed, agility and bend is really not far off from Von Miller (edit: redacted) Ngakoue is getting to that Pro Bowl standard faster than Fowler is, for example. He's taking coaching really well and his game is more well rounded than you'd think for a speed rusher. He actually can play the run, wouldn't be getting this many snaps if he was easy to toss aside.

I just feel like most blockers in general, even the really good ones, better be ON THEIR GAME if they want to handle his stutter-step / rip move combo. On tape it looks so hard to stop.

 

Yannick is 100 percent not close to Von Miller.

 

Oh I agree, I'm not taking anything away from Ngakoue, I'm a fan of his. All's I'm saying is counting Peters out is crazy. The dude is honestly one of the best ever at what he does. Fuck, we need the draft and next season to start. Football withdraw is at an all time high right now.

I'm gonna actually walk that back because for some reason I fully thought Yannick ran a 4.51 40' and he actually did not run anything close to that

I will say this though, his scouting profile says "needs to improve timing off the snap" and that just hasn't been an issue in the NFL at all haha.
