Don't know who my top three artists are, I've never thought about it really

maybe Green Day/Jimmy Eat World/All Time Low

this is personal and not objective obviously

Dangerous Summer belongs in there too

One of the reasons I bonded with my best friend is because we realized we both had the exact same Linkin Park to Blink phase haha. I think I fell in love with Weezer a little before Blink too.

I couldn't do a top 3... Top 10 for sure. No particular order:
Kanye West, Radiohead, Blink-182, The Strokes, MGMT, Muse, Foster the People, Brand New, The Killers, Arctic Monkeys. HM: The Weeknd, Weezer

Haha I liked Linkin Park for a long time too - I mean I'll still check out whatever they release but lately their back catalog hasn't held up for me - but never Weezer. Tried a bunch of times too

I never checked out anything after A Thousand Suns but every once in awhile I'll put on one of the first two albums to jam in the car. I think Minutes to Midnight is underrated as well.

Dammit I didn't mean to start a top three artist ranking

I was using it as an example as to how much I still love Blink but less than Green Day

I think American Idiot is better than any blink-182 album, but blink's discography is a lot stronger. Green Day is really inconsistent for me.

FUCKIN SAVAGES IN THAT FUCKIN BOX Prestigious

Green Day was probably a top 3 band a good chunk of my life but they really dropped for me since 21stCB.

    Alkaline Trio
    Blink 182
    Face To Face

Those are pretty rock solid not changing for me lol.

    Reunion tour

Bit of the opposite for me, Green Day has a stronger discography but nothing as good as Dude Ranch or s/t.

Hmmm...Green Day has a stronger overall discography and also the best several albums

Agreed but you're obviously not gonna get much support with this in this thread haha

Also I deny all responsibility for these rankings

Enema is the best record from either band.

  16. FTank

    Prestigious Prestigious

Enema is the third best Blink record which makes it like #9 between the two haha

Obviously this is all subjective though.
I would know people that would say NOFX is stronger than both

Of course, all in good fun.

NFG's best albums are better than Green Day's.

Now this just genuinely astounds me

Like NFG is a great band but I've never thought any of their albums were particularly strong except maybe Sticks & Stones

S/T for the nostalgia, S&S is a perfect pop-punk record, imo.

But then Catalyst may have a couple of their best ever songs but a few flat moments.
Then my soft spot for Coming Home.
Teetered off with Radiology. Wasn't a fan of that at all. Resurrection was ok. Really missed a second guitar

    @TheBenThomas

I grew up with Dookie and loved Green Day. Once I got into blink I started to dislike Green Day more and more. Once American Idiot happened I was no longer a Green Day fan.

Green Day are solid as hell up until recently. Kerplunk to Warning are all solid gold and American Idiot was obviously huge too.
