Without Kyrie? I don't know about that. Both of those teams will be pretty inexperienced and young, so it'd really be a toss up but I think Philly is the (much) better team at this point.

 

I feel bad for Vogel and hornacek, they had garbage teams and ridiculous expectations for those incredibly bad rosters. Also fuck the magic ownership forever, they don't deserve to ever win

Feel like there will be several NBA jobs opening this year after having none last year. Time for the pendulum to swing the other way.

 

Celtics are a deeper team with a better coach. I don't want to act like Philly has a free pass to the ECF, they're still really young and dealing with injuries.

I agree with better coach. Don’t necessarily need a deeper team in the playoffs though as playoff rotations are typically 7-8 guys getting real minutes. Philly definitely has a strong 7-man rotation. I did say it could be a toss up, but gun to my head i’d definitely take the Sixers over the Celtics.

 

I actually liked Vogel but not committing to the tank is absolutely unacceptable.

I think people are underestimating the Warriors and Celtics, playoffs might be real underwhelming.

 

When Lebron/GSW misses a finals series, I'll believe the playoffs won't be predictable haha.

 

I think the Sixers just getting into the second round is a huge confidence boost for next year.

This team overachieved like hell this year. They could obviously make the ECF, but idk if that’s this year.

The Celtics could beat the 6ers in the second round imo. We'll have smart back by then so rozier-jaylen-jayson-baynes-horford + smart-morris-monroe isn't massively worse than simmons-embiid-JJ-covington-saric + idk what their playoff bench would be
