Fuck, the windbreaker jacket is sold out in my size. Wanted that so badly.

Also for people in Europe that ordered on Kontraband, my order was dispatched today. Apparently due to some hold up with one of the items in the bundle. Seems convenient that it was dispatched the day after I emailed complaining, but least it shouldn't be much longer without.

 

My pre-order is still hanging out in Hatfield, but I have the Target CD, so it's all good.

 

Does anybody know the sizing on the beanies? I kind of want to get one in each color for my kids, but not if they're going to be huge on them.

 

The Sister Cities sweater is comfy as fuck for anyone debating whether they want it or not.

 

Finally figured out the syncopation on The Orange Grove. Drums start on an upbeat, but I was hearing an extra half-note in the opening bars so couldn't place the one. Mike's open hats in the intro are on off beats and THAT helped me work it out. Said half-note isn't there at all. This was doing my head in for about a week and will probably only make sense to a few of you but I'm pretty fucking happy I cracked it.

 

Yeah we already know TWY really know how to close out a record... BUT

I played the tracks in reverse order just now and you know the record is great when it plays equally both ways. Give it a try let me know your thoughts.

Works great in alphabetical order too

 

I'm telling you it works best in cronological order where you figure out the times and dates of the events in the songs by cross-referencing it with the photo album

 

The album would end with "Goodnight, Goodbye" then. #omgtheyarebreakingup

As I’ve said before, try arranging the track listing in reverse alphabetical. It does fucking (The) wonders (Years) for the drum production.

I’ve always loved his part on SGC. The first part of NCTH I got into, but I totally see why it might put people off.

It's tour day bitches! London night 1 tonight, meaning it's exactly a week til I see them.

 

Ghost is currently a favorite ATM but it still changes every few listens.

Also the Tiny Moving Parts records is so damn good. I was sleeping on the for a bit. It’s a nice mix of those 2 records right now.

 

I feel odd saying this based off of most people's reactions in here, but Ocean is just fine for me. It's not mind blowing or anything.
