I would like to qualify my poor predictions by mentioning that the Sabres have ruined hockey for me to the point that I have barely watched or followed this entire season. I did not look at season series or even injury reports before making these. Pure gut reactions, and I'm going to take these and apply them to my buddy's playoff pool that I never do well in when I do follow the league.

If Bruins get Rick and Riley Nash back I feel much more confident. They’d be such a huge boost to the middle six and allow Ryan Donato to feast on easier minutes

 

I just realized that Vasilevskiy has been legitimately bad for the Lightning the 2nd half of the year

since January 1st, he has a .905 SV% and 3.20 GAA. Meanwhile, Kinkaid has been arguably the hottest goalie in the league the past month or so

 

At this point, Vasilevskiy probably shouldn't even be a Vezina finalist.

 

Yeah, Vasil has been rough for a couple months. I'm very worried haha
