What’s a blink show go for these days 90-100mins? All 3 full lengths pre 99 would go that long or less. unless these 99shows are an hour long

  4. Musink was 1:10. I timed it because I'm me.

Jesus Christ that’s not long for a band their age
I think my last blink show had 25 songs. But maybe it still was only 70mins as well, granted Tom didn’t banter as much and they’re not hitting over 3min songs heaps

  8. Mark actually bantered more than I remember he has at recent shows ive been to and they played 23 songs I think. Still felt short though...

Also I listened to that xxxentation (don’t care if correct name) song, and a few others, possibly worst music I’ve ever heard and I don’t even care about the factors about shadyness of character. Dreadful. Worse than Lil Peep and Yachty

Self titled came out in 2003. No worries, honest mistake

Blink has been playing approximately 70 minute shows dating back to their first big tour in 1999.

Has anyone made the joke that they can't wait for their next album, Nevada? If not I can't wait for their next album, Nevada.

    I'll see myself out.

  14. Yup. All while tripling their discography after 1999.

Imagine the reaction if they threw in a cover of Freak Scene or Longest Line...

    Completely different genres.

But Nas, Common, Tupac, NWA, Biggie >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Yachty and Peep

Completely different styles of hip hop, though all very good artists, Peep and Yachty included. But Peep and Yachty being lumped in a “worst music ever heard” group is a crime.

Still, what Yachty and Peep do/did in their genres the last couple years is more interesting than what blink is doing in theirs.

I'm so torn about whether or not to sink any more money into this band. My sister wants to go to vegas and if we split the cost it won't be so bad but those ticket prices are insane. I can't sit at their shows because they're not engaging enough for it to be enjoyable that way. I'd have to do GA. The only way it'd be a guarantee for me is if they did untitled front to back.

Speaking of which, why aren't they taking the opportunity to play one whole album a night and then the other half of the shows their ~general~ setlist?

It’s actually crazy to me how even in their peak years they rarely played more than 120 minutes. Even during their big arena/venue tours.

I mean, are the people that go to Vegas residency shows looking for deep cuts and full album shows? I would have thought they'd want the hits?

Very surprised that they're using these shows to experiment with the set list at all, let alone do full album shows.

I really think the only reason they’re doing a throwback set is for the older people in Vegas that are like “oh, I used to like that band when I was younger”. Vegas residencies are always filled with very casual fans
