Seriously though, I agree on a certain level. Even though I love Francis. I don't ever hear people talking about him general but all of his collabs have been fucking hits. Without Justin and Kanye though he's just kind of a random guy that dances weird.

 

I saw him last Eaux Claires, his stuff was fun but forgettable, or maybe I just couldn't get into it.

 

He has some songs I absolutely love but neither of his albums are consistently good all the way through

"Gone" is my favorite Kanye song and 808s is my favorite Kanye album, so that bracket is not necessarily how my bracket would look if I picked the songs. Guy just has so many damn hits at the end of the day though.

There were a lot of hard matchups, ones where I wanted both songs and a bunch where I'd want neither

 

I'd say that Ultralight Beam and Blood on the Leaves are the most egregiously underseeded. I love that Say You Will made it.
