hump or dump had me crying oh my god hahah

 

i loved roaches with guns and hump or dump, rest was okay, nothing i hated. migos sounded bad though, much as i like them and the songs they performed.

 

That was awesome haha

hahah, all the toys they used were somehow perfect for their corresponding cast member.

 

One of my favorite things about the last two seasons of the show have been these promos. I genuinely look forward to them every week. So much better than what they were doing for years (just having the host and one cast member stand in front of a random background and banter)

 

Hey, a cold open they actually put some thought and effort into! More of this, please!

Monologue felt a little short, but SKB did great

 

Oh MAN that dig at Kenan

 

I thought Common won an Oscar w/ John Legend

 

he did but was also nominated for a song from Marshall this year

 

I'm not 100% sure I didn't write the Shrek sketch

 

Everything was going so well but then wow, what a momentum killer that Sasquatch sketch was. That was awful.

 

Sterling was good in that. Otherwise...

Is there anything more emblematic of SNL’s reputation for wild inconsistency than that Sasquatch sketch airing immediately after the Shrek sketch?

 

This dude looks like a younger James Urbaniak to me for some reason

 

Starting a bit late...

Cold open was really creative and different for once, though definitely too long

Monologue was pretty funny, nothing special. Know nothing about Sterling K Brown but he seems cool

Celebrity Family Feud had a lot of good jokes. Brown looks absolutely nothing like Common though lol

This Is U.S. had a funny concept but could have been better

I enjoyed the Shrek sketch a lot more than the audience did

It Came From the Woods was pretty bad
