Pretty cool so far! Looks gorgeous, same vibes as Until Dawn and Heavy Rain kinda.

It's funny you say Sims cuz that's what my wife likes alot too(she also played WoW in college) hah! While it's pretty cool to play with 2, I feel like you need an uneven # to make it the most interesting when it comes to making choices.

This is objectively correct.

 

All three of the DS Metroidvania games are amazing, if you're a fan of the franchise its worth getting a cheap 2DS XL or whatever to play them (in addition to all the other amazing DS and 3DS games you can play on it as well).

And yeah, I backed Bloodstained so it better be. But I trust Iga.

 

Dawn of Sorrow is def my fav Metroidvania.

 

It's so hard for me to choose between the two, because they're both so good, but I think I may have to give the edge to Aria just because it was the first time I played a Castlevania game that really blew me away (I didn't play Symphony of the Night until after the Sorrow games).

 

Yeah, I think Dawn has that bias for me as it was my first, ha. Those games are both so good though.

Oh man I do love that game. The platforming section were so fun, albeit frustrating at times.

I've never beaten a Metroid game, started Super Metroid once and just stopped playing it.

 

If Souls games count as 3D Metroidvania's then obv the correct answer is Bloodborne but I feel like that's unfair.

 

DS1 is definitely a 3D Metroidvania to me

 

Guacamelee was a great game, I'm really looking forward to the sequel.

Wow I didn't even know he had a brother, let alone that his brother was on the board at Zenimax. Crazy.

 

I think he might have more than one, I believe I once read that he doesn't drink alcohol because one of his brothers was an alcoholic or something. Unless they're one and the same.

 

He had an older brother that died due to alcoholism that has led to Donald not consuming alcohol. His younger brother is the one on the board.
