I have a pretty cool memory of my first listen of AMSP which I still cherish. I heard it on the high speed train from Frankfurt to Berlin.

It would be sweet like maybe not noise rock but something much heavier for them especially after AMSP would be a dream

That was how I was introduced to Muse back in the early-00’s. My friend sent me one of their songs and was like “It’s like Radiohead if they went kind of heavy”.

What song was it? Early Muse was so fucking good. Such a travesty what that band is like now. I mean I haven't listen to their new song (by choice) prob will eventually. Dig Down was insulting.

I love all the early Muse records a great deal well up until Black Holes even.

"Dig Down" might be the worst song the band has ever done. I'm just stunned that that is the same band that did "Stockholm Syndrome" Apocalypse Please" etc.

Showbiz is a super underrated record. I honestly think I like it more than Origin of Symmetry

Had to be something off of Origin, but I don't remember what exactly. It was before Absolution was released, because I remember that was the first album of theirs I was looking forward to the release.

They've had good stuff on every album, even if the whole albums aren't great, and are still an amazing live band.

Also, "Dig Down" is better than the new song.
