Yeah, not sure how I feel about this song, not what I expected. Need to give it a few more listens though.

Only way I could see this leading up to a full length is if the sleeve inside the vinyl has some sort of announcement on it. Doubt that though.

The song is growing on me each time I listen to it, but I just feel sort of... well, when Mene dropped, I lost my shit. This time, I'm excited to have a new song of course, but it's just good. Not great, not stunning, not inspiring me to burn through the discography and capitalize on the hype.


The bridge is pretty killer.

 

Definitely more like Your Favorite Weapon. Different direction. But I'm digging it the more I listen to it.

This entire release is just for the band to see if people / the fanbase is / are receptive to this song to determine whether or not they'll release an album full of songs similar to this one that are probably finished. Ha.
