I haven't actually eaten cottage cheese since...well, I don't know when. At least a decade. So I can't have an opinion on it until I try again

 

Just went to a deli that had an unreal salad bar but the wife made me buy a container of cottage cheese instead of directly in the salad bc it's priced by the pound lol she hates the stuff and was disgusted to see me eat the entire container lol

 

I'm weird about texture/consistency and cottage cheese is just one of those things that doesn't look edible

I've always used Las Palmas for enchiladas. And my body is a cottage cheese free zone.

@AelNire that waffle looks so great. Those are my favorite now that I burnt out on pancakes.
