Shit, I'll coach Everton. I've got a pretty good track record on Soccer Manager and Be a Pro

 

I had a good FM save as Everton. Started with FCD, Everton got relegated in the first season so I declared interest in the job and Kenwright told me to fuck off before offering me the job. Got them promoted and won the FA Cup, 4 years of mixed finishes in the league later I got sacked. Took on the Spurs job for a month until I realised how shit they were and quit. Then got the Bayern job and won the Bundesliga 5 years running.

Pretty much completed the game.

 

i have never done well with everton. or sunderland. sunderland want to hire me EVERY GAME. and i always suck with them. tried villa once and won all of my preseason matches like 5-0 and lost my first 10 premier league games.

 

I've learnt that a good pre-season means that you're going to struggle. It seems programmed in.

 

I always do lower league managing on FM, love adding all the lower English Leagues. Currently managing Daisy Hill, who are located somewhere between Bolton and Manchester, in League One at the mo, after a lot of promotions.

My greatest FM achievment was taking over San Marino club and national team, turning them into a European powerhouse, and winning the world cup with some sammiraniease regens.

Federico Mazza, played in my first team from the age of 15, scored over 1000 goals in his career, won every competition there is to win. When he hung up his boots, I knew it was time to end the save.

It put me off FM a bit, not sure anything I achieve can match that.

 

I'd take Koeman over De Boer, definitely, not least for his experience in England. But I highly doubt that'll happen.

Just started playing this year's FM and won the league the first year with Everton (mostly) using a non downloaded tactic

 

Now you just have to do it every year.

 

Yeah I'm far better when I take a lower league team. Got Brentford and Bradford in the Champions league a few years ago. Managed to make it out of the group stages of the Europa with St. Pats too. Although we got tonked 13-0 in the first knockout round.

Since we're on about FM, I have got a game as Hertha going on right now. Finished 5th (and did shit in the cup), 3rd (and lost in Europa first knockout and quarters of cup), and about to finish 3rd again and lost in cup semi's, but in final of Europa against Milan. I beat Porto 6-1 away in the quarters in possibly the strangest match ever. Signed Lacazette this season too by basically blowing my entire budget for transfers and wages.

I'm so terrible at FM. Only ever had one save of any note. Started as Hartlepool, one season mid table finish then sacked about two months into the second after a terrible period of form. Spent some time unemployed and the Aberdeen job came up, so I took a punt, telling myself I was going to "pull a Ferguson". Saved them from relegation, then sacked second season. More time unemployed, then took the Ghana job. Had zero back room staff as literally no one would sign for some reason. Won the African Cup of nations, got some back room staff and was going well in whatever games I was playing. Tottenham job came available, and for some strange reason I got it. Blew most of my transfer budget on Stefan Jovetic who was on fire at the time, then he got injured for the whole season during his first game. Went unbeaten in Europe League group stages, and was 5th in the league when I was sacked. Gave up.

Need to start a new save soon.

 

Just started a new FM15 as an unemployed 20-year-old with a National A Licence. Took the Akademi Hesingborgs job and saved them from relegation, got them promoted the next year and was on course for back-to-back promotions, but the lure of full-time professional football was too much and I am now the manager of recently relegated Arbroath.

 

Alright 19-0 should be easy. If theres one thing LVG's army can do is attack! Attack! Attack!

 

Sounds like I need to get FM. Is it easy to figure out how everything works?

 

You can get the basics down, but it's extremely in depth.
