I'm curious why? I haven't had the time to watch his era of Cardinals but from what I can tell about his style from reading is he is very unimaginative/leans sometimes way to much on veteran players that are probably past their prime

Constant questions about your job security and a 2-11 stretch will spark some emotion. Actually great to see from Brad, who has consistently been one of the most expressionless, boring managers in the sport.

Both the Tigers and Twins were jawing at the ump all game though, loved Brad's outburst. Helped a ton by a win, which the Tigers have hopefully decided they like and will continue doing.

 

Man, I want Fredi Gonzalez to have a meltdown like that. Dude shows no spine or emotion at all when he confronts an umpire. He's pretty much the anti-Bobby Cox.
