Quick update - rapid flu test was negative, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that she doesn’t have the flu. She was also diagnosed with silent pneumonia and was prescribed antibiotics for that. I’m really hoping that helps the fever go away. Right now she’s watching Golden Girls. We just saw the episode where Dorothy was dating an aspiring clown.

 

My coworker's daughter was just diagnosed with an ear infection and "a little bit of pneumonia" too.
