Teenage Satelittes

this one is alright. feel like it lost of the momentum from the previous track.

feel like the drums sound better on this one which is what I want.

brought the whoa's they've been saving from the past few songs to unleash them on this song.

 

"Kings of the Weekend" and "Teenage Satellites" are the worst on the record

Uuuugh, but like.... there's good songs IN those songs, but all 3 of those, and the vassssst majority of the album, just feels so stale and watered down to the point where it's like "these just SOUND bad." I don't know what it is... Maybe it's the guitar sound, I don't know. But listening to most of the songs on California makes me feel like when you're at a bar or a party and an annoying dude comes over and he's talking your ear off and you're like, "ok yeah, cool man! wow... well hey, i gotta like... go do something... so uhhh see ya!" It's like "Cool. Nice try, man!" hahaha none of this probably makes any sense, but that's the only way I can describe it right now, haha.
