Smite matchmaking makes my head hurt sometimes

I’ll keep playing bc the gf plays the shit out of it and loves it but man, getting a guy go 0-19 on arena really makes me sad

 

I had a person in a game yesterday build all crits and bloodforge on bellona. A WARRIOR UGH.

 

I can understand bloodforge or crits for last item but holy fuck thats obnoxious

 

appreciate the feedback! That'll be the next game I pick up for sure.

 

I'm starting to just think arena is where all the trolls and bad builds are.

I mean my thinking of troll building is like all defense items on a mage lol.

It honestly feels like a decade since Last Light came out and it’s only been five years.

 

I'm going to post this everywhere because I am.

I got second place earlier today on PS4.

I decided to go back to my Xbox and after a few matches I finally got my first win.

I'm not lying when I say I was screaming after winning.

Yeah that's def a troll if they're doing that. Only mages that should have some defense are ones without a viable escape (Anubis, Zeus, Poseidon etc) and that should be 1-2 items at most. Mantle of discord with BoV or Genjis Guard and boom that's your defense set

 

Has anyone checked out New Player Has Joined? Most of the game podcasts I listen to (Splitscreen, Achievement Oriented) are more news focused, but this is just a fun one in the vein of Doughboys or Blank Check, with comic/writer guests and hosted by UCB guys. Ron Funches is on this weeks episode taking about The Last of Us. Strongly recommend.
