Well, it took almost 2 years, but Goodness has officially become my favorite Hotelier record

According to my Facebook memories, two years ago today was the official album trailer was released.

 

No idea what a new record from this band would sound like but I really hope we get one this year!

I don’t know how I’m just finding this but their Cure cover is wicked good.

 

Is it widely known that Sun was used in a new French short film from last year called After School Knife Fight? I’m watching it right now for some NDNF coverage and I was so shocked.

don't think the band mentioned this at all so it's probably not well known. very cool for them, where can I find this film?

 

Honestly, I have no clue when it’ll be publicly available. Premiered at Cannes last year, presumably doing the festival rounds. Maybe it’ll wind up online at some point. I’ll post in here if I ever see it around.

edit: I still think the edited artwork is silly, and after getting my pre-order I'm v happy with the pressing I got

 

Lol insomnia mixed with listening to this for the first time in a while and remembering how wild this roll out was. I don’t know if I had ever been more excited for an album than I was for this one.
