I'm sorry everyone for taking it too far.

It makes me sad if some of you are actually mad at me. I truly hope that's not the case here.

A co-worker of mine posted this. I totally fell for it and could picture the whole thing actually happening while i was reading it. I couldnt resist sharing it with you guys. To quote the great @sleepy in the popcorn story it was for the lulz. To make you all smile/laugh/react. After posting it last night I didnt get a chance to properly come on and do my chorus after dark confession and come clean about it. I did have every intention to do it first thing today though and I do hope you guys believe me when I say that because it's true.

I log on today to 286 notifications (thanks @The Mysterious ) and seeing some of your posts is upsetting because again the last thing i wanted to do was have people mad at me over this.

It's tempting to tell stories from the first person, I get it. Buuuut, also lazy and sometimes self-centered when they're not true to you. Think about the ethos. Why we peddle falsely. We don't need to, but the allure of selling it off as an experience and enjoying the response is generally kind of narcissistic. But, you're right, on the plus side it gets a laugh, so we excuse it most of the time. All comedians steal content. Every one of them.

Either way, you're interesting/funny without propping other's humor as your own.
