Am I right in thinking you can't just buy the book by itself, you have to get it with the vinyl? never bought a vinyl in my life. Would happily buy it with a t-shrirt and the cd or something...

Yeah, the book itself is the sleeve for the record.

 

Production sounds good, but don't really love the song. Dan sounds different here... maybe because I can finally hear him better. Lyrically, sounds like the same imagery from NCTH but just not tied to anything. Not really sure what to think.

 

What better time to buy your first vinyl. Might be the start of a new hobby?

it's a hobby that takes up a lot of space (if you display them, which I would) and a lot of money! That's like offering me my first cigarette..

that said I think I probably will buy it..

 

Roseland would be ideal, love getting a great seat there where I'm closer to the band then actually being on the floor

I'm kinda just hoping they'll sell the book on its own at shows or something. Literally no point in me spending £40 on a vinyl I'll never use.

If not, I'm super bummed about missing out on the book, but I'm not wasting my money on vinyl I'll never use. Least I get a t-shirt I guess.

I am way into this song. Nice to see them leave their comfort zone.

 

The first vinyl I ever bought was the Motion City/Wonder Years 7" split. I didn't even have a record player. I'd be honored if you carried on the tradition of buying TWY without owning a record player.

 

I bought The Upsides without a record player. Now I have a record player and over 500 records

the production is awesome but also awful and its the most progressive the band has ever been but it also sounds like generic buttrock and tbh i should disconnect from the internet before i flip my computer desk
