My friends favorite band is the Foo Fighters. He's also a "stand-up comedian" and has a very offensive joke about the bands.

I can get behind three of those (Typhoon, Jeff Rosenstock even though I hate two of the songs, and Toy Cars), and then throw in Authors. I still need to listen to Tiny Moving Parts, but I was not a huge fan of the Xcerts album

 

Given your music taste you should like TMP.

I can see why some people might not dig The Xcerts, but I think it's a great record!

Yeah I suspect I will like the new TMP, I've liked what I've heard so far. I just fell off super hard with my listening goal (I was hoping to be at about 40 by now, I'm at 15). I've just been listening to HLNPIT and Goodness (and Phoebe Bridgers since I saw her on Monday) repeatedly for the past couple weeks.
